Orders & Emails usage is a usage-based metric that reflects how much activity you process through OneLoyalty in a billing month.
It includes:

  • Orders processed/synced through OneLoyalty, and
  • Built-in emails sent from OneLoyalty (campaigns and/or automated flows).

This replaces the old MALM (Monthly Active Loyal Members) usage charge.

Note: Activities not related to order processing or email sending (e.g., points expiration housekeeping, background sync updates) are not intended to count toward usage

If you exceed your plan’s included orders or email allowance, overage charges may apply based on your current plan. Each plan includes a monthly spending cap to help protect you from unexpected charges, and once the cap is reached, no additional overage fees will be applied for that billing period.

Email usage depends on whether you’re on the Free plan or a paid plan.

On the Free plan, there is a fixed email sending limit, and once you reach the included cap, emails will stop sending and will not resume unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

Paid plans include a monthly email allowance and support email overage charges, so emails will continue sending even if you exceed your included limit, with additional emails billed based on your plan’s overage rate and no interruption to campaigns or automated flows.

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is available on the Growth plan.
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of subscribing, simply contact our support team and we’ll help process a refund of your subscription fee.

When you change plans:

  • Your included Orders and Emails limits update based on the new plan.
  • Any usage beyond the new plan’s included limits may incur overage charges.
  • Usage continues tracking seamlessly — there’s no reset mid-cycle.
  • Upgrading is recommended if your usage consistently exceeds your current plan’s limits.
